Plumbing Foreman – Lead High-Impact Government and Commercial Plumbing Projects


Job Overview:

  • Company: Paul J Construction Corp.
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $80 to $100 per hour plus Fixed Bonus. (Prevailing wage projects)
  • Location: Southern California (Travel Required).
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
  • Project Scope: Commercial, Government, and Federal.
  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR.


The Opportunity: You will serve as a pivotal field leader, bridging the gap between hands-on technical execution and high-level project management. This role offers the unique chance to grow with an expanding company where you have direct access to ownership.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Supervise and mentor journeymen and apprentices to ensure high-quality plumbing and site utility installations.
  • Execute complex plumbing field work in strict accordance with government specifications.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain strict project timelines and budget targets.
  • Manage real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays or safety hazards.
