Benefits
All of the work you from Day 1 with Puragain will be under a Master Plumber. You will be able to start accumulating hours or add to existing ones to help further your experience in this field.
We will compensate for fuel usage when driving to meet with your Mentor at each job.
Instead of hourly pay and having our Apprentice's try to scrounge for hours, we have structured your pay in a salary structure so you can always count on your wages and time covered.
Medical, Dental, and Vision are offered as well as an option once you are employed for 60 days.
As you progress we offer raises upon completion of various skills and tasks regarding our Water Filtration Installation process. Eventually, you will be out of the Apprentice Program and join your Mentor's as an equal here at Puragain Water.
