As the Trading Controlling Analyst, you will LEAD by..........

ย 

Leveraging your education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and your experience in operational and/or financial accounting roles, you will support critical Trading processes, including regular review of Committed Metal Position, P&L review and analysis. ย You will work in close collaboration with global controlling team and other stakeholders on various projects.

You will be instrumental in the month-end reporting process, including coordinating the Global Precious Metals and Recycling business (CC-EM) results, supporting multiple segments (Trading, Refining, Precious Metal Chemicals, Temperature Sensing, and Hydrogen), and reporting the Trading controlling results for North America.

You will support continuous improvements and projects with a specific focus on digitalization and process automation working in tandem with the global controlling team.

You will be based at the ECMS Global headquarters in Iselin, NJ, reporting to the Global Manager, Segment and Metal Controlling. CC-EM is a worldwide leader in the field of precious metals management, offering comprehensive metals management services - from raw metals supply and scrap reclamation to trading, hedging, and financial risk management.

Your elements for success......

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • Five (5) plus years progressively responsible related experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls required
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large volumes of data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations required
  • Effective communication skills to interface with senior management, auditors, and other parties, as necessary
  • Software skills including Excel (expert level), Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required; familiarity/ proficiency with Power BI a plus.
  • SAP experience required
  • Ability and desire to roll up sleeves with a can-do attitude in a dynamic environment
