Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Planung, Konfiguration und Administration der weltweiten WLAN- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Cisco)
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Netzwerkstörungen sowie Erstellung technischer Konzepte inkl. Umsetzung
  • Administration und Betrieb der eingesetzten NAC-Lösung (z. B. Cisco ISE)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Netzwerkumfeld
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung des Betriebs und der Weiterentwicklung der WAN-Anbindungen aller Standorte
  • Erstellung von Betriebsdokumentation, Runbooks und Troubleshooting-Guides
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)) mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerkinfrastruktur: Routing, Switching, Firewalling
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Cisco-Umfeld, z. B. Cisco ISE, (v)WLC, Nexus, Meraki
  • Gute Kenntnisse in DHCP, RADIUS sowie IP-Netzdesign/Subnetting
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Analytische und strukturierte Vorgehensweise sowie Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Troubleshooting-Methoden/Tools: Packet Capture, Traces, Wireshark, Ping/Traceroute, Controller-/Dashboard-Diagnosen
  • Erfahrung im Firewall-Policy-Design (z. B. Segmentierung, Least-Privilege) und mit Automatisierung im Netzwerkbetrieb (Rollouts, Standard-Configs, Health-Checks)
  • Monitoring/Logging (z. B. PRTG oder vergleichbare Tools)
  • Grundverständnis von ITIL (Incident/Problem/Change) und sauberer Change-Dokumentation
  • Erfahrung in internationalen Rollouts bzw. Betrieb verteilter Standorte
