Purpose

The Install Apprentice supports the Lead Installer with all HVAC system installations while building strong customer rapport to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Must be able to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
  • Technicians are exposed to safety hazards throughout the day and will respect those conditions by wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Technicians should have good mechanical fundamentals and be comfortable working with machines and electrical components.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts and work in tight conditions such as attics and crawl spaces at times.
  • Technicians will be expected to work efficiently while onsite.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age
  • Clean driving record, ability to pass a drug and background screening
  • Trade school graduates preferred / Attending
  • EPA Certificate
  • Nate certificate within 1yr of employment
