  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director to receive creative direction and deliver work that meets brand standards and business objectives
  • Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to ensure design work aligns with product strategy and campaign goals
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on designs to meet quality standards and timelines
  • Contribute to the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries and file management systems

Production & Workflow

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare and deliver final production files to exact specifications for print, digital, and paid media
  • Support photo shoot production as needed, including image retouching and post-production
  • Assist with retouching, resizing, and adapting existing assets for new formats and markets

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in Klaviyo for email design, including template creation and modular asset development
  • Familiarity with Shopify for e-commerce asset design and coordination is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Figma or similar collaborative design tools for file sharing and handoff
  • Strong retouching skills in Photoshop, including color correction, image editing, and compositing
  • Ability to work across distinct brand identities while maintaining each brand’s individual visual language, aesthetic, and guidelines
  • Portfolio showcasing mobile-first, brand-aligned work across email, paid media, e-commerce, and other digital touchpoints
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent education required
