An Apprentice General Manager is an entry-level management position designed to prepare individuals for a full General Manager role. They typically work under the guidance of an experienced General Manager, learning about daily operations, staff management, budgeting, and customer service. The apprenticeship provides hands-on experience and training in leadership, decision-making, and business administration.
