Training That Builds Real Expertise
Our training campus in Mableton, Georgia offers hands-on, technical instruction - not generic corporate training. Earn meaningful credentials including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and EGSA Apprentice or Journeyman certifications, backed by 40+ hours of paid annual training. Your growth plan is yours - developed with your goals in mind.
Supportive Leadership That Earns Your Trust
You'll report to supervisors who provide clear direction, set defined objectives, and give you the independence to do your work once you're established. We don't micromanage skilled technicians - we trust people who've demonstrated they know what they're doing.
Recognition That Means Something
Quality work doesn't go unnoticed here. We recognize individual contributions directly and personally. Your consistency, accuracy, and reliability will be seen by the people who matter.
Competitive, Stable Compensation
  • Competitive base pay plus technician commission opportunities
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible spending accounts
  • 401(k) with generous employer matching

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel and natural gas generators
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), generator controls, excitation systems, and related equipment
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals with care and accuracy
  • Complete service documentation thoroughly and on time
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding equipment status and service findings
  • Follow established safety procedures, company policies, and industry best practices consistently

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of power generation experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Comfort working from technical documentation and established procedures
  • A careful, detail-oriented approach to diagnostics and recordkeeping
  • Professional, straightforward communication style
  • Valid driving record with fewer than three moving violations and no felony convictions
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

If you're a technician who takes pride in accurate work, prefers a focused environment with clear expectations, and wants an employer who will invest in your long-term development - we'd like to hear from you.
Apply today and bring your precision to a team that knows how to use it.
