We are seeking anexperiencedWorking ForemanatourFortLauderdaleoffice.

What you will do:

  • Lead and work alongside a construction crew to execute daily job site activities
  • Perform hands-on trade work while supervising crew productivity, quality, and safety
  • Drywall installation, Drywall Finishing , Metal & Wood door installation, hardware installation
  • Perform layout for metal framing, acoustical ceiling grid installation, wood carpentry
  • Plan and assign daily and weekly tasks to meet project schedule requirements
  • Coordinate closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager on workflow, staffing, and site needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for crew-level communication
  • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations through daily safety meetings and job hazard awareness
  • Identify and resolve field issues early to prevent delays or rework
  • Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring crew members
  • Track material usage and request tools, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas
  • Assist with daily reporting, time tracking, and documentation
  • Communicate field conditions, changes, and potential issues to site leadership

What you will need to be successful:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential construction
  • Prior experience leading crews in a Working Foreman or Lead role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Solid understanding of job site safety practices and OSHA regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to be hands-on and actively work in the field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Trade certification or apprenticeship completion preferred
  • Familiarity with construction field reporting tools or software a plus
