Construction Mechanics Inc. is hiring dependable Construction Helpers and Laborer for active commercial projects in the West Palm Beach, FL area. This is not an entry-level positionโ€”candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience working on commercial construction sites.

Weโ€™re looking for hardworking individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and ready to support skilled trades on fast-paced job sites. This is a great opportunity to stay working consistently and gain experience across a variety of project types.

Pay Range: $16โ€“$18/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist skilled trades including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
  • Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
  • Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas
  • Perform demolition, site prep, digging, or basic installations as directed
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly
  • Set up temporary job site structures such as barricades or scaffolding
