ABOUT THE CHEF APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

Apprentices will primarily work within the Culinary Department and assume responsibilities aligned with those of a line cook, gaining hands-on experience across kitchen operations. In addition to daily culinary training, the program enhances practical learning through a structured development framework that includes supplemental culinary education, mentorship from senior culinary leaders, cross-functional exposure, project-based assignments, and other opportunities designed to support long-term professional growth.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prep and cook foods of exceptional quality for our members and their guests. Ensure that food is served in a timely manner in accordance with The Quin service standards and ensuring high member satisfaction and an exceptional dining experience.
