Accuracy is a must. Demonstrates a good understanding of a wide variety of products and services and identifies opportunities to help our members and prospective members succeed financially.Knowledge and Skills Experience One year to three years of similar or related experience.Education (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship programCommunication Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.Other Skills Must be accurate with numbers, managing files and records. Ability to operate general office equipment, such as computers, calculators, copiers, scanners, and possess computer keyboarding skills. Has a general understanding of Credit Union operations. Maintains confidentiality related to Credit Union operations and work-related information. Must have good communication skills.Physical requirements Sedentary work: must be able to sit for long periods of time in a day (up to 9 hours), possess hand, wrist, and finger dexterity to use keyboard, phone, and calculator in a repetitive manner throughout your scheduled time, and the ability to view a computer monitor throughout your scheduled time.Availability Must be available to work from 7:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and have a flexible schedule.
