Requirements:

The Appraiser position requires a self-motivated, driven individual who can complete high-quality appraisals while meeting strict deadlines. The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding analytical and research abilities, and have a strong desire to obtain and maintain professional designations. The Appraiser will be responsible for managing their own time and therefore is responsible for communicating with BBG colleagues and clients on appraisal status. The Appraiser must be able to travel independently.
