Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to identify, engage, and qualify Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) interested in advancing their careers. This individual will play a critical role in our growth strategy by generating recruiting opportunities and scheduling meetings between prospective loan officers and our leadership team.

The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent, comfortable making outbound calls, and excited about helping top-producing mortgage professionals discover a better platform for success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify licensed Mortgage Loan Officers, branch managers, and mortgage teams across targeted markets.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists using industry databases, social media, licensing records, and recruiting tools.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement campaigns.
  • Qualify prospective candidates based on production levels, licensing status, geographic footprint, and career objectives.
  • Generate interest in Edge Home Finance's value proposition, culture, compensation model, and support platform.
  • Schedule and coordinate recruiting meetings for qualified prospects with Regional Recruiting Managers and senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records and activity tracking within CRM systems.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and recruiting opportunities within the mortgage industry.
  • Meet or exceed established activity and appointment-setting goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales, business development, recruiting, or appointment-setting experience.
  • Strong phone presence and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with sales professionals and business owners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mortgage, banking, real estate, financial services, or recruiting.
  • Familiarity with Mortgage Loan Officer licensing and the mortgage origination industry.
