A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN APPOINTMENT SETTER - SERVICE CASHIER
As an Appointment Setter - Service Cashier, you help schedule appointments for our customers both in person and over the phone. You cash customers out once their service is complete, ensuring all totals and payments are accurate. If customers express any concerns, you do your best to help or direct them to the appropriate team member who can better assist them. At the end of each shift, you balance your closed tickets and make sure the cashier area is clean and organized.
As a team player, you're willing to cross-train in other areas of the dealership where your administrative and customer service skills may be needed. As necessary, you help with rentals and direct customers to the appropriate service area. You enjoy having a job that uses your office expertise to help others, and it brings you great satisfaction to know you thrive in this scheduling position!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN APPOINTMENT SETTER - SERVICE CASHIER
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Excellent customer service skills

Scheduling or receptionist experience is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Are you a reliable self-starter? WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN APPOINTMENT SETTER - SERVICE CASHIER
This full-time scheduling position would work the following:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with either Wednesday or Thursday off!
Saturday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
