Are you a customer-focused professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for the automotive industry? Cardinale Automotive Group is looking for a friendly and reliable Service Appointment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you’ll schedule service appointments, manage daily calendars, and ensure a seamless experience from the moment customers call to the moment their vehicle is ready. Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and establishes follow-up with service appointments.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily (training provided.)
