What does a successful AI Product Analyst do at Fiserv within Finxact?

As an AI Product Analyst within Finxact Experience, you will help shape the next generation of Finxact's Applied Intelligence capabilities. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to understand user needs, translate them into requirements, and support the delivery of intelligent capabilities that improve productivity and platform adoption.

This role provides an opportunity to work at the intersection of product management and applied AI, helping define how emerging technologies can solve real customer problems. You will contribute to experiences spanning AI assistants, conversational workflows, developer enablement, self-service capabilities, and agentic experiences while building the foundation for future product ownership responsibilities.

What you will do

Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams to define and deliver Finxact's Applied Intelligence suite, including Finxact Pro

Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities where AI can improve productivity and outcomes

Gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and support backlog refinement activities

Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation

Help shape practical and trustworthy AI-assisted experiences that simplify complex financial and technical workflows

Support the agile product development lifecycle, including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and release activities

Create and execute AI evaluation frameworks (Evals) to benchmark model behavior, retrieval quality, and agent performance, ensuring experiences remain reliable, trustworthy, and effective

Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Enablement teams to drive successful launches and adoption

Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities that enhance the Finxact platform

What you will need to have

4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, technology, or a related role

2+ years of experience working within Agile development environments

Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into user stories or functional specifications

Demonstrated interest in AI technologies and experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows or solve real business problems

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Experience using product and AI tools such as Jira, Figma, Claude, or similar platforms

Ability to synthesize complex technical and business concepts into clear and actionable requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within fintech, banking, payments, or financial services technology

Experience with AI agents, MCP servers, agentic workflows, or AI observability tooling

Exposure to user research, workflow analysis, or UX principles

Experience working with SaaS or developer-focused platforms
