Intelligence Collection Manager
The Ascendancy Group's Mission
To be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical, service, and training-based solutions.
Overview
The Intelligence Collection Manager position is a full-time position supporting the J39 Information Operations Directorate by identifying, validating, and coordinating collection requirements that inform and enable IO planning and execution.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Security Requirement: TS/SCI or TS w/SCI Eligibility
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that ISR and other collection platforms are aligned to support non-kinetic targeting, influence operations, and adversary activity within the information environment.
  • Bridges the intelligence and IO communities, helping synchronize collection priorities with campaign objectives, operational assessments, and IRC effects.

Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Intelligence Studies, International Affairs, or a related field
  • Experience in intelligence collection management or ISR planning, including direct support to joint, interagency, or CCMD operations
  • Strong working knowledge of intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT) and ISR platforms
  • Experience using DoD and IC collection systems such as COLISEUM, PRISM, HOTR, or MIDB
  • Familiarity with joint planning processes (JOPP, MDMP) and Annex B (Intelligence) and Annex K (IO) integration.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting a J39 or J2 staff at a Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, or Service Component
  • Understanding of IRCs (MISO, MILDEC, OPSEC, Cyber) and their intelligence support requirements
  • Familiarity with intelligence requirements related to adversary decision-making processes, influence operations, or disinformation campaigns
  • Experience developing or validating ISR collection in support of non-kinetic targeting or IO assessments
  • Graduate of a service or joint collection management course (e.g., DIA Collection Management Course, Army MI Officer Collection Manager Course, Air Force 14N ISR Operations Course, or equivalent)
