Job Summary:
Avenue Living Asset Management is a leading alternative asset manager in North America, focusing on long-term investments across various sectors. The Senior Analyst, Applications will act as a technical escalation point for enterprise applications, managing the full application lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the senior technical escalation point and subject matter expert for Yardi and other assigned enterprise applications.
• Own the full application lifecycle, including configuration, optimization, enhancements, and day‑to‑day support.
• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex application issues, ensuring minimal business impact and strong root‑cause analysis.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Design, configure, and optimize system workflows and functionality to improve performance, usability, and business outcomes.
• Serve as platform owner and administrator, establishing standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
• Lead or support application upgrades, patches, integrations, and enhancements in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure application reliability and performance through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to application and technology roadmaps by evaluating new features, capabilities, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in application support, as a Senior Applications Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Systems Administrator supporting complex, enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and/or within the storage industry is considered a strong asset.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective, scalable technical solutions through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading or supporting application upgrades, system integrations, and complex configuration or enhancement initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on system optimization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
