Job Description
As a Manager, Process Applications, you will lead a team that will simplify and automate complex internal processes, build relationships with our internal stakeholders, understand their problems and translate that into processes and applications that will deliver the results they expect in a simple, easy to use tool. These tools can range from Microsoft Power Applications to simple SharePoint sites.
You will lead a small team of 4 experienced developers with great knowledge of our internal systems.
You will report to the Manager, Sales Analytics and work in a hybrid capacity from one of our Rockwell Automation office locations.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical but highly motivated business driven individuals.
  • Manage the intake process for projects and track progress to ensure final delivered projects meet the expectations of our stakeholders.
  • lead the Commercial Data and Sales Insight Team in all projects related to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Build a strong network across Sales Operations to consistently drive simplification and centralization across regions and business units.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Visual Basic Applications experience

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 5+ years of management experience within business process applications.
  • Experience in launching Power Applications in a complex B2B Sales environment
  • Experience in launching AI tools that were successful and fully implemented
