Role Overview
Client is seeking a seniorโlevel Application Systems Analyst to support their Security Applications group, with a focus on SailPoint IIQ Identity Governance and Administration. This role is heavily focused on daily operations, regulatory compliance, and SOXโdriven production support in a highly regulated enterprise environment. There is a strong possibility for extension or conversion to FTE.
Key Requirements (Must Have)
8โ10+ years experience in an Application Systems Analyst or IGA-focused role
Strong handsโon experience with SailPoint IIQ, including daily operations
Seniorโlevel SOX compliance experience
Experience supporting security applications and provisioning access to security tools
Regulatory experience in a large enterprise environment
NERC regulatory compliance experience
Experience supporting audits, quarterly SOX updates, and evidence gathering
Experience working with and coordinating vendors or managed service providers

Primary Responsibilities
Manage incidents, events, problems, changes, and production releases associated with the SailPoint IIQ IGA platform
Own daily operations, support, and maintenance to ensure compliance, stability, and continuous improvement
Coordinate and oversee issue resolution with managed service providers
Engage with business owners to understand, prioritize, and document requirements
Provide ongoing support for SOX audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance activities impacting SailPoint IIQ
Document and analyze control deficiencies and remediation efforts
Partner with internal SOX teams and external auditors to coordinate testing
Track and manage support tickets related to SailPoint IIQ operations
Communicate system changes, updates, and process improvements to security and business partners
Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing with lessโexperienced team members
Support afterโhours or emergency coverage as required, including storm or energy delivery events

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 8โ10 years of IT experience
OR 10โ15 years of equivalent relevant professional experience
Strong background in SOX controls and audit processes
Experience leading small projects or workstreams
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ITIL practices (incident, change, release, vulnerability management)
Experience supporting large, complex enterprise applications
Strong understanding of application and system architecture
Experience in regulated environments such as SOX, NERC CIP, HIPAA, or PCI
Experience with disaster recovery and high availability architectures
Experience partnering with risk, audit, and compliance teams
Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems
Experience overseeing or coordinating managed service providers
