General Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary support contact for their Epic application in the Revenue team.
  • Designs, builds, and tests the system to achieve workflow requirements to meet end user needs.
  • Provides computer technical expertise, project management, technical guidance and direction in the implementation and operation of the computer system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or other work related field
  • Experience as an Epic application analyst preferred but not required
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
  • Will be required to successfully pass the Epic pre-assessment test.
