Job Summary


The Treasury Management Support I (TMS-I) is focused on providing support to TM customers and internal sales team members. TM services provides direct banking for business customers enabling the business to efficiently process transactions from their office through various contracted services. The TMS-I role includes setup, documentation, and support of Treasury Management banking products between the bank and clients. Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills are necessary. The ability to use technology to remote to the banking client’s computer may be necessary. Although rare, the support may also include assisting customers outside of the bank on location as needed.


The TMS-I is also responsible for detailed and accurate contract submission and review to EBSC, organizing new customer packages for approval by the Electronic Banking Services Committee as well as keeping customer database/documentation current and organized for audit. The TMS-I is responsible for setup of the Client and requested services, product implementation ensuring appropriate charges are setup based on contract, managing inventory of hardware such as scanners or tokens. This role will support customers and employees to build knowledge of services, including product updates as well as perform periodic special projects including but not limited to customer audits, report creation, and presentations.


As an extension of Electronic Banking services, TM Support will also provide support for mobile deposit processing, and other areas where volume management is needed to meet service level commitments.


The employee will support the bank's strategic goals, vision, mission, core values, service standards and service philosophy in actions, words and deeds.

Education

  • Requires a high school diploma/college degree with at least two years of experience in the field or in a related area.

  • Requires a high school diploma or college degree with at least one year of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Applicant must be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures within the banking industry and bank operating systems.

Required Skills & Talents

  • Must have a basic knowledge of the bank's products and services.
  • Must have a willingness to serve.
  • Must be able to function efficiently in a network environment and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Must be able to function efficiently on a general business level of math, possess general accounting knowledge (i.e. debits, credits, and an understanding of the bank's account reconciliations).
