TEKsystems is partnering with a local financial institution in Honolulu, Hawaii, to identify an experienced Applications Manager to lead a team responsible for enterprise applications, digital banking services, and business-critical technology platforms. This individual will serve as a key technology leader, partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, support digital transformation efforts, and develop high-performing technical teams. This position is onsite in Honolulu for the first 90 days to support onboarding, team integration, and business operations. Following the initial onboarding period, the schedule transitions to a hybrid model with one remote workday per week. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of IT leadership experience, financial services industry knowledge, and the ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions while helping shape the organization's technology roadmap and future growth. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $179000.00/yr.
