Job Responsibilities
The Application Support Technician II role is to support the organization's repository of operational software applications through best practices and management application vendors. The Application Support Technician II is also responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for the provision of user applications and systems necessary for business operations. This individual will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user group on issues related to the mission-critical information and software systems.
This position is on-site and participates in an on-call rotation for after hours and weekend support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 3-4 years of a combination of industry education, training or experience preferred. Experience with Hospitality systems highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
