We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Production Services Application Support to join our Production Services team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Maintains and supports highly complex applications and their operating environments.
  • Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert for a portfolio of applications.
  • Ensures appropriate monitoring and alerting setup and leads root cause analysis and problem management for complex problems spanning multiple applications to address underlying technical issues.
  • Leads production readiness reviews and PTO controls for new releases and projects, analyzes system requirements, and reviews plans for major projects and initiatives to ensure they meet system needs.
  • Collaborates with development, quality assurance, operations, support, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to manage application capacity, monitoring, instrumentation, and major changes.
  • Designs, implements, and maintains automation toolsets for configuration management, infrastructure, and application deployment processes.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial.
  • 10-12 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Experience handling complex incident, problem management, and troubleshooting.
  • May mentor or provide guidance to junior team members.

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
