Job description

Formal Education Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Computer Science or other related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Experience & Training Required:
  • Certification for relevant applications is required upon hire.
  • Five (5) years of application support experience.
  • Preferred: Healthcare experience.
  • Preferred: Two (2) years project management experience and/or application lead experience.

Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with workflows to foster problem solving.
  • Capability to understand the application functionality and how it relates to departments while making recommendations for integration into operational flow.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-team discussions and collaboration and present solutions in an organized manner.
