    Job Summary:

    The Business Application Support Analyst supports and optimizes the commercial applications that enable ECMC Group's business operations. This role is well suited for a technically curious, service-oriented professional who values collaboration and delivers reliable, high-quality application support. Working closely with integration, infrastructure and desktop support partners, the analyst ensures application availability, resolves end-user issues and contributes to continuous improvement of enterprise software capabilities. This role serves as a key connection between technology solutions and business outcomes.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Monitors and supports the daily operation of commercial, off-the-shelf business applications to ensure availability, performance and reliable service delivery.

    • Responds to and resolves application-related inquiries and issues from end users with a strong focus on customer service and timely resolution.

    • Collaborates with integration, infrastructure and desktop support partners to troubleshoot issues, implement fixes and support application enhancements or upgrades.

    • Develops working knowledge of new and existing applications, and leverages system capabilities to support business needs and improve usability.

    • Communicates clearly with end users, leaders and business partners through active listening, thoughtful questioning and effective knowledge sharing.

    • Identifies opportunities to improve application usage, stability and efficiency and contributes ideas that enhance business outcomes through technology.

    • Supports documentation, knowledge sharing and standard support practices to improve consistency and team effectiveness.

    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of degree

    • 3+ years of experience in business application support, service desk or system administration

    • Experience communicating effectively with end users, leaders and cross-functional partners

    • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools

    • Experience problem-solving, analyzing issues and recommending practical solutions

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Affinity, Notion, Fluxx, SharePoint, Teams or Power Automate

    • Experience with scripting or automation using tools such as JavaScript, PowerShell or Python

    The pay range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, peer and market benchmarks, and geographic location.

    This position is classified as hybrid Monday - Wednesday and requires attendance in Minneapolis, MN.
