Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise application and software development initiatives within a fast-paced technology organization. This individual will manage multiple projects across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to successfully deliver strategic business solutions.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded Project Manager with a strong foundation in application development projects and SDLC methodologies. Experience with enterprise applications such as Oracle, Workday, CRM, or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple concurrent software development and enterprise application projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Lead projects through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA, infrastructure, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and status reporting.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release planning, and production readiness activities.
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and promote project management best practices.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, dependencies, and executive-level updates to stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise initiatives involving cloud technologies, application modernization, and systems integration.
