DATA Scrum Project Manager

Location: Raritan, NJ (Onsite)

About the Role: Experience as Application Project Manager / Scrum Master leading multiple Scrum teams supporting business transformation. Expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Data Engineering collaborating with business and product teams.

Agile Expertise: Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating ceremonies such as backlog grooming, epic and user story backlog, daily stand‑ups, estimation, velocity tracking, sprint retrospectives, coaching team members. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and metrics reporting.

Communication: Strong communicator with effective presentation skills delivering formal presentations, facilitating demos, and communicating project status, risk mitigations, and financial realizations to various levels of management.

DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps implementation focusing on continuous integration and deployment, building deployment pipelines with a focus on quality and speed to market.

Leadership: Self‑motivated, independent critical thinker who can visualize and guide teams during conflicting situations to stay focused on business goals and priorities.

Agile Frameworks: Extensive experience with Agile, SAFe, Kanban, Scrum of Scrums, lean budgets, release train process improvements, and training on Agile tools and dashboards.

Conflict Management: Effective conflict and impediment management in a fast‑paced environment, taking higher responsibilities with cross‑functional teams working on multiple priorities.

Leadership & Interpersonal: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders and team members across various personal styles to focus on priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.
