Property Tax Funding | Dallas, TX | Full-Time, In Office

Salary: $45,000โ€“$55,000 per year, plus performance incentives

Property Tax Funding, Texas' highest-rated tax lender, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our Dallas team.


This is an important, hands-on role responsible for moving loans efficiently from application through closing and funding. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, communicates well with customers and coworkers, stays organized while managing multiple files, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness matter.


What You'll Do
  • Manage assigned loans from application through closing and funding.
  • Review loan files and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Work closely with loan officers, customers, tax offices, and other third parties to obtain required information and documents.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding items to keep loans moving toward closing.
  • Review loan and closing documents.
  • Work directly with our attorneys to coordinate, review, and ensure timely preparation of legal documents required for loan closings.
  • Coordinate with our network of notaries to schedule customer closings and ensure closing appointments are completed promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure files comply with company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with customers throughout the process and help answer questions regarding documentation and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in company systems.
  • Manage multiple active files and priorities while meeting established closing deadlines.
  • Identify potential issues early and work with the appropriate team members to resolve them.
  • Help deliver a smooth, efficient customer experience from approval through funding.


What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in loan processing, mortgage lending, title, banking, financial services, or a similar detail-oriented role preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without losing track of details.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
