8 - 10 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain

Hand-on experience in Load Runner / HP Performance Center is a MUST. Experience with other tools like JMeter, VSTS, SOASTA etc. is a plus

Experience in DynaTrace and AppDynamics

Strong Experience in creating performance test strategy, design, planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing

Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)

Experience in SAP Performance Testing is a definite PLUS

Good experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations

Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring

Hands-on experience in using monitoring tools like Sitescope, IntraScope, Wily etc.

Prior Customer Facing Experience is a must

Experience in Mobile Performance Testing would be an added benefit

Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach for testing and improving application's performance

Good Communication and interpersonal skills are required

Responsible for leadership of given project managing test activities on time and within budget while meeting quality objectives

Manages global testing services delivery for a particular engagement inclusive of on-shore and offshore resources

Manages offshore delivery center long-term resourcing plan strategy in alignment with QA Group's strategic growth plan

Ensures that the team follows QA Group quality requirements, testing standards, guidelines, and test methodologies

Should have good understanding of overall travel/airline process and functional flow

Should have good understanding on Concept on the booking flow and the servers involved during the different phases of booking

Understanding concept of fare families and form of payment

Concept of ticketing, reissue and revalidation, cancel ticket.

Concept of codeshare, class mapping, re-accommodation, push notifications

Ticket management functions including electronic and paper ticket issuance, ticket change functions and EMDs from ancillary sales

Understanding of flight status, type pf pax, SSR types, ticket type, ticket status, documentation, type of seating, loyalty, trip and booking type, classes, staff booking, deferred bookings
