Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, and FSO, following platform best practices and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to refine requirements and deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server, ensuring secure, reliable, and performant data exchange.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data mappings, and user guidance to support scalability and knowledge sharing.
  • Perform code reviews, participate in testing (including ATF), and support CI/CD processes to ensure solution quality and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to improve platform performance, stability, and user experience.
  • Adhere to organizational security, compliance, and ServiceNow development standards, contributing to continuous improvement of platform governance and best practices.
  • Support and guide junior developers through knowledge sharing and code review participation.
  • Monitor and support the ServiceNow platform to ensure high availability, uptime, and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Perform activities in support of periodic platform upgrades.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

Education - Certifications - Work Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 3+ years development experience with ServiceNow
  • 3+ years experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, FSO, Flow Designer, ITOM, or CSM
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, and other relevant technologies.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p and this role is a full-time, permanent role. Hybrid workplace schedule expected with on-site days (M, T, W) in office location in Newark, OH.  A minimum 40 hours is required per week.
