Job Summary:
The Application Developer supports the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and operational systems used by the Service Organization. The role is responsible for supporting database environments, Salesforce Service Cloud administration, system automation, application enhancements, user access management, and operational support activities.
This isn't just an analyst role. The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills and enjoys working across business and technical teams to ensure systems remain reliable, secure, and efficient. This position provides operational support for critical business applications while contributing to ongoing process improvement and system enhancements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Enterprise Application Administration
โ€ข Support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications supporting Service Operations
โ€ข Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders
โ€ข Assist with application issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders
โ€ข Assist with application upgrades, configuration changes, and system maintenance activities
โ€ข Develop and maintain application documentation, procedures, and operational standards
โ€ข Support application testing, validation, and change management activities
Salesforce Service Cloud Administration
โ€ข Support Salesforce Service Cloud administration and operational activities
โ€ข Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, license assignments, roles, profiles, and permission sets
โ€ข Perform periodic reviews of user access and system configurations
โ€ข Support case management workflows, queues, routing rules, and operational enhancements
โ€ข Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and deployment validation activities
โ€ข Partner with business stakeholders to improve system adoption and operational effectiveness
Database & Data Platform Support
โ€ข Support the maintenance and operation of database and DataMart environment
โ€ข Execute data validation, quality reviews, and operational support activities
โ€ข Assist with database troubleshooting, maintenance, and system enhancements
โ€ข Support data integrity and continuity across supported platforms
Infrastructure & Automation
โ€ข Support Linux-based environments and operational infrastructure supporting business applications

Operational Support & Process Improvement

Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in CS/SWE or related field
โ€ข 2+ years of experience working with a corporate application development teams focused on call center application such as CRMs and/or Logistics platforms
โ€ข Experience supporting enterprise business applications in a production environment preferred
โ€ข Experience administering Salesforce Service Cloud preferred
โ€ข Experience managing user access, permissions, and licensing preferred
โ€ข Experience supporting MySQL or similar relational databases preferred
โ€ข Experience with Linux operating systems preferred
โ€ข Experience with Python, JavaScript, or scripting languages preferred
โ€ข Lead or managed supporting APIs, integrations, and automation solutions
โ€ข Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Salary Range
