Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Manager, Application Delivery - Corporate Functions - FinanceAs the Manager, Application Delivery - Corporate Functions, you will act as a critical IT partner to the Finance, Pricing, Procurement, and related corporate functions. This role is responsible for identifying and delivering technology solutions that align to strategic business objectives, improve financial and pricing processes, and deliver measurable value for the organization. By building strong relationships with Corporate Functions leaders, this role ensures IT investments are aligned with business priorities, operational needs, and enterprise technology standards.
Essential Functions & Requirements:
This Manager role will be the Digital Point of Contact (DPC) for Corporate Functions teams, the point of contact as it relates to finance, pricing, procurement, and related applications, and the point of contact for digital partners implementing and supporting those applications.
DPC for Corporate Functions Teams:
  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
  • Acts as the primary IT point of contact for Finance, Accounting, Pricing, Procurement, and related Corporate Functions teams for all things digital related
  • Collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Pricing, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements; translates business requirements into IT project scope and roadmaps
  • Leads the planning, resource prioritization, and implementation of digital projects that support Corporate Functions, including PeopleSoft Financials, Configure/Price/Quote tools (CPQ), procurement solutions, and other ERP or financial systems
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AP, AR, AM, PO, etc.), CPQ tools, pricing tools, and other financial systems
  • Owns the application roadmap by monitoring releases and partnering with the business to prioritize, test, and adopt high-value enhancements and additions
  • Identifies and resolves risks, dependencies, and resource constraints that could impact delivery, adoption, or business value
  • Helps develop and maintain documentation including process flows, user guides, training materials, and support procedures in partnership with Corporate Functions teams
  • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, controls, and data accuracy through automation, process improvement, and system enhancements
  • Monitors and reports Targets to Improve (TTI) metrics, system usage, and feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization
  • Helps coordinate and schedule steering committee meetings for projects, where required, to obtain the necessary approvals and provide status updates to the project

DPC for Digital Teams:
  • Collaborates with IT architecture, security, infrastructure, data, and development teams to ensure Corporate Functions solutions meet enterprise standards
  • Owns the roadmap, lifecycle, and performance of Corporate Functions applications; ensures the on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of IT initiatives
  • Manages and tracks budget for approved initiatives and reports overall project status as required to the Digital Transformation office
  • Maintains responsibility for system configuration, testing, and deployment of updates, patches, upgrades, and new features; leads user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management for application deployments in partnership with the business
  • Troubleshoots and resolves system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Leads team participation in system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with third-party applications
  • Collaborates with internal IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and reliable data flow across ERP, CPQ, procurement, analytics, and downstream systems
  • Supports reporting, dashboards, and analytics required for Finance, Pricing, Procurement, and related Corporate Functions processes
  • Ensures Corporate Functions applications and related data processes comply with applicable security, privacy, audit, and control requirements

DPC for Partners Delivering Corporate Functions Initiatives:
  • Manages relationships with application vendors, system integrators, and third-party providers; oversees vendor performance, SLAs, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Works with vendors and implementation partners to define delivery plans, staffing expectations, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
  • Explores and recommends emerging technologies and accelerators to enhance Corporate Functions capabilities, including automation, workflow, analytics, and AI-enabled process improvement
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field (required)
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience implementing IT applications (required)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP systems (required)
  • Experience gathering operational requirements and translating them into technical solutions (required)
  • Experience leading applications teams or acting as a functional lead (required)
  • Previous experience working with PeopleSoft Financials, CPQ/pricing tools, procurement systems, or other finance-related enterprise applications (preferred)
  • CPA or other financial certifications (preferred)
