Our chefs prepare high-quality ready-to-eat foods including entrées, salads, side dishes and soups for our guests to enjoy. Our foods are made fresh with quality ingredients daily, and 85% are made from scratch! Other duties include placing orders for product; taking guest orders via phone and in person; executing recipes for self-service and full service kitchen; and providing world-class service to our diverse range of guests while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. 


You should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous industry experience in a similar role
  • Availability to work any day of the week, in any of our Marin/Sonoma locations
  • Must have intermediate to excellent knife skills
  • Must be outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have proficient knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
  • Basic computer skills
