Job Title: Business Analyst II Location: Auburn Hills, MI Work Model: Day 1 Onsite | Hybrid Interview Process: Final Round Face-to-Face (F2F) Interview (Mandatory) Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst II with strong expertise in business analysis, user experience design, and enterprise application modernization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Learning Management Systems (LMS), legacy system integrations, and the automotive sales/dealer ecosystem.

Required Experience
  • 7+ years of Business/System Analysis experience.
  • 4+ years of User Experience (UX) documentation and design experience.
  • Experience with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience integrating legacy systems with COTS applications.
  • Experience in Automotive Sales & Dealer systems.
  • Experience enhancing User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis
  • Lead business requirement gathering and analysis.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews.
  • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
  • Create business process flows, activity diagrams, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support project estimation and resource planning.
  • Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
  • Support QA teams with test strategy, test plans, and test case development.
User Experience (UX)
  • Design and improve user-centric experiences using Human-Centered Design principles.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs.
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs and interface specifications.
  • Present UX concepts to business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to improve customer experience.
  • Contribute to UX research and design best practices.
