Duties:

·       We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Analyst to support our Voice of the Customer (VoC) organization.

·       This role is essential to building a strong data foundation that enables data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

·       The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, collecting, and consolidating data from various internal sources, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure outputs are translated into meaningful insights that support strategic initiatives and enhance the customer experience.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Identify and gather data from multiple sources across the organization to support VoC initiatives.

·       Assess gaps and inefficiencies in current data processes; recommend and implement improvements.

·       Establish standards and best practices for data collection and consolidation.

·       Work cross-functionally to ensure data output aligns with business needs and can be translated into actionable insights.

·       Maintain and manage data integrity across systems and reports.

·       Support the development of dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate findings

 

Skills:

  • Proven experience working with diverse data sources and large datasets.
  • Proficient in Excel, including the use of macros for data analysis.
  • Experience with other data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Tableau, and Power BI is a plus..
  • Experience working in Voice of Customer team is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across departments.
