Philadelphia, PA (University Campus)
$18.50/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No Nights | Only 2 Weekends per Year

The MCS Group is looking for motivated, dependable, and service-driven individuals to join our team as a Mail Service and Print Driving Clerk at a busy university campus in Philadelphia. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, helping others, and being part of a team that delivers excellent service every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a company van to deliver mail and packages across campus and to and from the post office
  • Load, unload, and distribute packages, including filling locker systems
  • Perform high-volume printing, copying, scanning, and finishing work (posters, signage, documents)
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at the mail window and throughout the campus
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently
  • Follow all safety protocols, including handling some hazmat-regulated materials
  • Cross-train and assist in multiple areas to support daily operations
What We’re Looking For

We are seeking high-energy, dependable team players who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
  • Reliable personal vehicle to travel between sites (required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently, more with assistance
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable using handheld devices (Apple/iOS preferred)
  • Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus
  • High-volume print/scan experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Fiery systems is a plus
