The Strategic Data Solutions (SDS) team's mission is to protect and empower Apple and its customers through strategic machine learning and decision automation solutions. You will join a team that cultivates deep functional expertise and leads with our values to serve business partners across Apple. We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead initiatives for our Apple Store Online (ASO) Fraud Investigations team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of fraud operations and data-driven decision-making to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for our global team.
Description
You will manage a portfolio of projects for ASO Fraud Investigations, from initial concept to final execution. You will collaborate with Fraud Investigators, regional leads, and cross-functional partners to identify procedural gaps, align on solutions, and drive initiatives that protect both our customers and Apple. You are comfortable analyzing data to translate insights into clear, compelling recommendations that will shape the future of our fraud prevention efforts.","responsibilities":"Manage a diverse portfolio of projects focused on process improvement and strategic program execution.
Analyze complex and ambiguous problem spaces to identify root causes and propose effective, scalable solutions.
Develop project plans, accurately estimate effort, and communicate timelines to stakeholders.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes and building scalable solutions.
Project management skills, including estimating effort, creating timelines, and delivering on commitments.
Written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing leadership.
