• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active and full clinical licensure as a LMFT is necessary for this position.

• Exceptional communication skills are essential for connecting with clients and effectively conveying therapeutic concepts.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, exhibiting flexibility in treatment approaches.

• At least two years of clinical experience in providing therapy services.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of cultural sensitivities in therapy.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy best practices is preferred.
