Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that can adapt to your lifestyle. Our team operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, emphasizing work-life balance while ensuring we are accessible to our clients during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments, providing intensive counseling and psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Perform comprehensive mental status exams and monitor changes in client behavior and emotional health.
  • Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
  • Employ de-escalation techniques to manage crises, maintaining an empathetic and calm demeanor in high-stress situations.
