In this full-time remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while engaging in meaningful therapeutic interactions with your clients. Our remote work setting is designed to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among team members through advanced digital tools. Team meetings and case discussions are conducted regularly to ensure you've got the support you need, maintaining a connected and cohesive community of mental health professionals.

• Conduct intensive counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services, tailoring approaches to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Perform comprehensive mental status examinations and continuously monitor changes in clients' mental health status.
• Document case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans clearly and concisely to maintain accurate client records.
• Utilize a calm and empathetic demeanor while managing high-stress situations, aiming to de-escalate emotional crises and provide constructive solutions.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, and community resource specialists, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapeutic interventions, adapting techniques based on client needs and preferences.
• Share knowledge and strategies with colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, contributing to the overall quality of care.

Your clients will include individuals facing a variety of mental health or substance-use challenges, families in crisis, and couples seeking to improve their relational dynamics. Through evidence-based therapies, you will support these diverse populations as they work toward recovery and enhanced emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), enabling independent practice.
• A high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence, capable of building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated experience providing counseling and therapy to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time-management abilities to handle a varied caseload.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective collaboration and documentation.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work or therapy, preferably within a detox or substance abuse setting.
• Experience in integrating cultural competence and sensitivity into therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms to streamline services and documentation.
