Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intensive counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services, tailoring approaches to meet the individual needs of clients.
  • Perform comprehensive mental status examinations and continuously monitor changes in clients' mental health status.
  • Document case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans clearly and concisely to maintain accurate client records.

  • Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, and community resource specialists, to ensure holistic care for clients.

  • Share knowledge and strategies with colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, contributing to the overall quality of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), enabling independent practice.

  • Demonstrated experience providing counseling and therapy to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families.
