Description

As a Cellular Post Silicon NPI Engineering Program Manager within the Hardware Technology Engineering organization, you will be working on a senior program management team driving Cellular silicon ramp readiness towards mass production and product proliferation.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and support all activities towards silicon ramp for each cellular platform.
  • Engage with Factory and Operations teams, support debug activities with silicon teams, ensure smooth deliveries through various systems builds.
  • Central point of contact for all silicon related issues from initial system builds through first customer ship.
  • Track & drive resolution for all silicon related issues post launch through all programs & variants.
  • Drive cross functional teams/partners to help resolve any Cellular silicon related issues (including factory blockers) to ensure we meet the product deadlines.
  • Work on a Program Management team responsible for driving to meet daring product schedules. Pull together regular project status presentations for multi-functional executive reviews.
  • Represent cellular silicon in various product forums, focused reporting and communication of program risks & status.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS Degree in engineering field and 10+ yerars relevant experience.
  • Requires 5+ years of experience in delivering complex Cellular Systems through the mass production phase
  • 5+ years in Technical/Project Management or leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Practical knowledge and experience with delivering cellular silicon through various stages of mass production ramp all the way to first customer ship.
  • Ability to understand complex cellular silicon issues and pull together the right experts from across Design, Test, FW/SW teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Proficiency in failure analysis and production test methods.
  • Extraordinary teammate and creative thinker who is able to lead technical teams, multi-functional groups and vendors against plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to tailor information to the right audience, including executive management.
  • Experience working in a dynamic cross-functional engineering environment, strong at multi-tasking, and real-time crisis management.
  • Expertise owning and driving project development.
Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $163,300 and $290,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
