We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and experienced Administrative Assistant to support three Senior Directors and their teams. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills and is a collaborative, positive, proactive team member who has the ability to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
7+ years of experience supporting executives and large teams
