Job description

Apple's Services provide customers around the world with access to an incredible collection of content across apps, music, games, fitness, movies, TV, news, books, cloud storage, and more. Behind every price customers see is a Pricing Operations team that brings those decisions to life with exceptional precision, at a truly global scale.
We're looking for a self-directed builder who is equal parts operator and technologist, someone ready to reimagine how pricing initiatives come to life, end-to-end.
As the first person in this role, you'll define the function from the ground up: prototyping and building solutions yourself, partnering with Engineering to scale them, and embedding AI and automation into the core of how the team operates. Underpinning it all is a best-in-class validation framework that enables accurate, confident pricing changes deployed globally at scale.
You bring a rare combination: the intellectual curiosity to develop deep fluency in complex operational processes, the technical range to build hands-on, the credibility to partner with Engineering as a peer, and the rigor to champion accuracy at every step. If you're energized by fundamentally transforming how work gets done, this role is for you.
Description
You will play a defining role in how Apple Services brings pricing to life across the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud+, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, Apple Creator Studio, and more. Embedded within the Pricing Operations team, you'll work cross-functionally with Pricing Engineering, Pricing Product, and Tax Product to deliver solutions that operate at Apple's scale.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience driving process transformation, operations, or building solutions in a business context
Hands-on experience applying AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation to fundamentally transform workflows
Demonstrated ability to prototype and build solutions independently, and to partner with Engineering to scale them
Able to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements that bridge operations and engineering teams
Experience designing validation, QA, or control processes where the cost of error is high and accuracy is non-negotiable
Comfortable operating in undefined territory: learning complex processes quickly, creating structure where none exists
Outstanding problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
Track record of building strong working relationships and collaborating across teams
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative / technical field
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Process / Business transformation, preferably within Finance, Pricing or Revenue operations, or in a consultancy firm specialized in process transformation
Advanced skills in data and automation tools, and avid explorer of AI applications to business processes
Experience documenting current-state processes and pain points to design future-state solutions, and influencing solution design early so operational needs are embedded in engineering roadmaps
Outstanding ability to ensure broad stakeholder alignment and clarity at every stage in a project
Familiarity with global commerce complexities and the operational realities of running them at scale
