You will collaborate closely with various finance functions and business partners, providing critical analysis and insights to support the evolution of our financial systems and processes. Description
The Program Manager- Finance Transformation will be responsible for supporting the roadmap for transforming our financial processes including the accounting and close-related activities within the R2R cycle and broader spend management across Financial Controllers. They will play are role ensuing alignment with overall business objectives, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements, including SOX compliance.
A key focus will be on identifying, analyzing, and redesigning processes related to accounting activities and processes across our finance functions with an eye towards strengthening internal controls, improving data accuracy, and enhancing scalability through automation and process optimization.
Strong stakeholder management is crucial, requiring collaboration with finance leadership, IS&T, SOX PMO, and various business functions to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of new processes and systems.
Furthermore, the role entails supporting and executing change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption initiatives, to ensure a smooth transition for accounting and operational finance teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and provide data-driven recommendations.
Extensive proficiency in Excel for financial modeling, data manipulation, and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive significant change in a complex organizational environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to various audiences.
Proactive problem solver, encouraged to present problems and recommendations simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and operational finance roles, with proven experience in executing finance transformation processes.
BS or BA in Business, Economics, or equivalent
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $211,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
