As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll help design and build the services that power healthcare interoperability, supporting standards such as HL7 and modern API-based integrations while developing cloud-native solutions that enable reliable, secure, and scalable healthcare connectivity.

Overview

The Senior Software Engineer plays a key role in designing, developing, and evolving software solutions that support healthcare interoperability and enterprise integration. This role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership, contributing to the evolution of cloud-native integration services, messaging platforms, and API-driven solutions.

Senior Software Engineers work independently on complex technical challenges, provide guidance to peers, and help drive engineering best practices across the team. This role requires strong backend engineering experience, cloud development expertise, and a passion for building highly available systems that enable critical healthcare workflows.

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs that are secure, scalable, reliable, and performant.
  • Build and enhance cloud-native applications and services running on AWS.
  • Design and implement solutions using NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB.
  • Develop and maintain healthcare integration capabilities supporting standards such as HL7 and modern interoperability patterns.

  • Experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS.
  • Strong experience using Git and GitHub for source control and collaboration.
