Your Role

As a Structural and Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in our Maintenance & Repair Services and Crane Advisory Service Agreement (CASA) projects. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting inspections and QA/QC activities on STS, RTG, RMG, MHC cranes, and other terminal equipment.

  • Ensuring compliance with structural and mechanical standards during manufacturing, assembly, erection, and repair.

  • Managing on-site project execution, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.

  • Supporting continuous improvement in inspection and M&R processes.

  • Working globally with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
  • Education:Vocational/technical education or Bachelor's degree in structural, mechanical, or hydraulic engineering.

  • Experience:5-10 years in steel fabrication, welding, mechanical/hydraulic installation, and equipment maintenance.

  • Skills:Strong knowledge of structural and mechanical systems, ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Languages:Spanish (mandatory), Portuguese (a plus), and fluent English.

  • Certification:NDT certification (AWS, ISO 9712, or equivalent) ismandatory.

  • Travel:Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
