Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the execution of HSSE policies, procedures, and systems across project activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards and local regulations
  • Conduct field inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and potential risks, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions
  • Monitor HSSE performance indicators and drive improvements based on trends and operational data
  • Lead and support incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented
  • Oversee Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and verify critical safety controls such as LOTO, gas testing, and barricading before work begins
  • Supervise contractors and field crews to ensure adherence to HSSE procedures, safety standards, and site rules
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through field leadership, Gemba walks, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we are looking for
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, actively seeking safer, more efficient ways of working and eliminating operational waste
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in HSSE environments
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HSSE within construction, industrial, or large-scale project environments
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk management practices, and safety compliance standards
  • Experience supervising field operations, contractors, and safety compliance in dynamic operational environments
  • Technical expertise in areas such as lifting operations, confined space entry, hot work, and environmental compliance
