Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead MuleSoft Developer with deep hands-on experience in API development and integration design using MuleSoft (v4.x preferred). This role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, and will lead complex integration efforts across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Any point Platform (4.x)
  • Serve as a technical lead, guiding junior developers and ensuring code quality
  • Collaborate with architects and business teams to understand integration needs
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Maven, Git, etc.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment validations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues

Must-Have Skills:

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience
  • 5 6+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development (preferably v4.x)
  • Strong experience in API design, RAML, Mule flows, connectors, and data weave
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Maven, Git, unit testing tools
Solid understanding of integration patterns, REST/SOAP, and enterprise messaging
