Salary: $15.50

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our apartment community team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and presentable common areas and assisting with the overall cleanliness of the property. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents.


Location: 1950 Winrock Blvd, Houston, TX 77057
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour


Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain apartment community common areas, hallways, lobbies, and other assigned areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
  • Clean and maintain restrooms and other shared spaces.
  • Remove trash and maintain clean surroundings.
  • Clean windows, doors, elevators, and other areas as assigned.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are needed.
  • Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety standards.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with residents, visitors, and team members.
  • Complete other cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be dependable and have good attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally with residents and property staff.
  • Must be willing to follow company policies and safety procedures.
