Job description

Our organization is collaborating with a dynamic real estate investment firm that specializes in multi-family communities situated in rapidly expanding markets across the United States. We are currently seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of three multifamily properties located in Mishawaka.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and manage property staff while conducting annual performance evaluations.
  • Work alongside the Director of Operations to create and oversee annual budgets for the properties.
  • Review financial statements on a monthly basis, generate variance reports, and propose strategies to enhance Net Operating Income (NOI).
  • Boost occupancy rates through effective leasing and marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance resident retention by promoting engagement, addressing concerns, and improving overall community satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, as well as compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Strong grasp of property financials, including NOI, cash flow, and variance analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Fair Housing, Fair Credit, and ADA compliance.
  • A minimum of three years of progressive experience in multifamily property management.
